For ad management services, payment is due after the agreed lead goal has been met during the trial period. For the Starter Package and custom website builds, payment is invoiced upon project completion or as agreed. Ad spend goes directly to Meta and is separate from all fees paid to Forza Media.
The client is responsible for funding their own Meta Ad Account. Forza Media does not hold, transfer, or take a percentage of ad spend. Minimum ad spend is $350 per month. Forza Media is not responsible for performance fluctuations caused by Meta platform changes outside our control.
Forza Media makes no guarantee of specific revenue outcomes or booking rates. We guarantee lead generation efforts and campaign management. Lead quality and conversion rates depend on the client's follow-up speed, pricing, and customer service — factors outside our control.
Monthly retainer clients may cancel with 30 days written notice. No refunds are issued for completed work or ad spend already deployed. The Starter Package is non-refundable once the website build has begun.
Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership of their custom website. Ad creatives and copy produced by Forza Media may be used by the client for their business. Forza Media retains the right to use campaign results and general performance data as case study material without identifying specific client information.
